About Us

ETTI’s Vision
This institution also has a statement of vision, used in some communications as follows “to be a world class center in research and Innovation  for Human development”.
ETTI aspires to be exemplary comprehensive research institution for the 21st century on the basis of our distinctive status as a private institution with a public mission. Faculty staff and students will thrive at ETTI because of its unparalleled combination of quality and breadth, its high standards, its open, collaborative and innovative culture ,the opportunities provided by the beautiful vibrant (rural-urban)location and programmes that extend throughout the country and across the globe.

Eldoret Technical Training Institute was established in 2009 with a vision to build a world class prestigious institution offering innovative and high quality education, unique learning environment, state of the facilities and infrastructure. ETTI was given accreditation status by government through Ministry of higher Education Science and Technology (MOHEST) 2011. Since its inception as a Private Tertiary institution, dedicated effort of the Board of Directors, teaching faculty and institute’s management brought it to the level of nationally recognition.

I firmly believe that the role of Tertiary institution in the twenty first century in Kenya must  respond to phenomenal  changes unleashed by rapid advancement in Science and Technology for the economic development of the country as well as the challenge posed by  globalization. We are already visualizing about the future of higher education in the next millennium and making efforts for this purpose. I am confident that our institute will acquire this prime objective with professional competence, commitment and dedication of management and highly qualified teaching faculty. ETTI is playing a significant role in the lives of thousands of young students and graduates of Environmental Science, Business studies, Information Technology and Computer Science, Art and Social Sciences and Engineering.

Am glad that the lectures and Scholars of the Institute are working as a team for contributing towards building up a positive social capital for the benefit of our civil society. We do this by creating the best ideas and practices  for dissemination among students in classrooms and laboratories/workshops /studios.

I welcome knowledge seekers and professionals to experience the enjoyable and congenial learning environment at ETTI. Am sure that you will find desired values in our programs.
