Eldoret Technical Training Institute was established in 2009 with a vision to build a world class prestigious institution offering innovative and high quality educa-tion, unique learning environment, state of the art facilities and infrastructure. ETTI was given accreditation status by Government through Ministry of Higher Education Science & Technology (MOHEST) 2011. Since its inception as Private Tertiary Institution, dedicated efforts of the Board of Directors, teaching faculty and Institute's management brought it to the level of nationally recognition. I firmly believe that the role of Tertiary institutions in the twenty-first century in Kenya must respond to phenomenal

changes unleashed by rapid advancement in Science and technology for the economic development of the country as well as the challenge posed by global-ization. We are already visualizing about the future of higher education in the next millennium and making ef-forts for this purpose. I am confident that our Institute will acquire this prime objective with professional com-petence, commitment and dedication of management and highly qualified teaching faculty. ETTI is playing a significant role in the lives of thousands of young students and graduates of Environmental Science, Business Studies, Information Technology & Computer Sciences, Art and Social Sciences and Engi-neering.

 I am glad that Lectures and scholars of the Institute are working as a team for contributing towards building up a positive social capital for the benefit of our civil society. We do this by creating best ideas and practices for dissemination among students in classrooms and laboratories/workshop/ and studios.
